This is great for baking and then hauling around!

The pan is really large and a strange size. Trying to modify a recipe is really a challenge. It's listed as 17"x12" but that must be the rim at the top and it's also not accurate as it only measures 11.5"x16.5". It tapers outward from the bottom and the actual measurements are 9"x14" at the bottom and 10"x15" at the top. It is very nonstick and it works well to cook two boxes of brownie mix at once. The other thing I didn't like is that the lid has gaps where the handles are attached so it's not airtight. So if you want to bring a large batch of brownies or cake to a gathering and it will be eaten within a day or two it's perfect. But it's not going to keep anything fresh for a long time.

I read the title of this product incorrectly thinking I was getting a ceramic pan, only to get a ceramic-coated pan. Poorly read on my part—Slick advertising on the sellers part. This pan is very thin so I will not use it for baking. It’s a bit flimsy so not sure how much I can store in it and still carry by the handle. I’ll give it a try but don’t have high expectations of its performance.

On the first use. Great idea, would have liked this pan, but the cover is now useless.

I used the pan to cook assorted foods. The pan was in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes and did not warp. Many other baking pans I've had in the past would warp while hot and then eventually go back to being flat. No issues with this pan. Easy to clean and the non-stick coating works well. The lid feels and looks thin and the connected pieces (clips and handles) don't look like they will last long. I did put a 5 lb weight in the pan and the lid had no problem staying closed nor did the handles feel like they were buckling or would break. If you have plans to put food in the pan that weighs more than 5 lbs, you might want to test first before taking elsewhere, to make sure the lid doesn't separate while transporting.
