This Christmas Tree build was fun and challenging. It is a mini brick set, so it was a bit more challenging to handle but the bricks snap together evenly and are well made and durable. The instructions were easy to follow and you definitely need patience as this is not a quick build. The tree is extremely detailed which I appreciated. Tons of decorations really make it festive and the LED lights give it a soft warm glow. The rotating base undoubtedly steals the show and brings the entire build together. The only thing I didn't enjoy were the extra characters. Some were awkward, some didn't seem to have a place, and Santa is a little scary looking.

I’m pretty surprised at how much I liked this set. I’m a huge Lego fan and was a little hesitant towards buying a non-name brand product, but was impressed by this set. The pieces all felt pretty good and it came packaged like Lego, aka separated into several smaller bags with very easy to follow directions. A few years ago I bought a different set on Amazon and it was a horrible experience, with pieces missing and hard to follow instructions, but this Christmas set wasn’t like that at all.It took a couple of days to build, but I was very casual with it and took my time. The final product came out great. I love the way it looks and the turntable design is super satisfying to do. Overall, I’m very pleased with this - it’s a Lego experience at a quarter of the price.
