These are great for taking if you need a little pick me up. I don't drink coffee. These do the same without the jitters. I have sleep Apnea so it helps me stay alert if I have to sit for very long. I also use them when driving on long trips as I have a tendency to fall asleep at the wheel. I have been taking them for years with no side effects other than making me feel more alert and on top of my game. I never take more than 2 at a time and usually not more than twice a day. Normally I get all the energy I need when I take 2 about 10am

I love these but they took forever to come. And when I bought from another company to get them quicker, I was t able to refund. I guess with pills that is standard.
