Blichmann Engineering Tall Stainless Steel Cooling Coil

In theory this is a great piece of equipment. In practice, you have to punch stainless steel, which is not easy for somebody who isn't a steel fabricator. The step bit I used caught on one of the punches and torqued the whole lid wonky which is now impacting the coil. When I tighten down the coil to get it pressure tight, the coil is starting to bend. I think it'll be okay as long as the steel doesn't split allowing my cold water reservoir to get into the beer. So far so good, but I've only used it on two batches, and it's getting pretty bent up.
