Great Value Pack & Great Helpful Seller
This is a good price for five nicotine-free refills to go with the NuCig electronic cigarette. I like this flavour and the refills last a reasonable amount of time for me. I did have an issue with one of the five cartridges not working initially, so I emailed the seller to report this and had a response from them within less than an hour with instructions on how to remedy this - I followed the instructions and the cartridge worked! I appreciate any product can have issues, but its how a seller/retailer deals with issues which is important and this was definitely five stars.If you ever get a cartridge which doesn't seem to work then follow these instructions I was sent and it will kick-in:1> Tap the brass end firmly on a hard surface like table top 4-5 times2> Cover the brass end with a tissue and blow hard down the inhale end hole 2 or 3 times3> Reattach to the battery and draw slowly and smoothly for 4-5 seconds
