I have purchased these lids many time for all my jars of varying things. I store many things in mason jars and these lids fit perfectly. I love the bright colors. They are easy to clean too. I much prefer using these lids to the metal ones that come with the jars because I often have trouble with those rusting. Anyway, I like them, they work great on my jars and I like having the option of the extra protection from the silicone ring you can put in the lid if you want

I purchased these for freezer jam because the price was so reasonable and love having all the colors for different kinds of jam. Local stores only have more costly lids in black or white. I am very pleased with the quality and they fit standard Mason or Ball jars.

When I make batches of soups or other similar things, I put the remaining in mason jars with these lids and freeze the leftovers. If I don't feel like cooking on another day, I can simply pick a jar of soup (I usually have several varieties in the freezer), take off the lid, and then heat up the soup in the microwave or pour the contents into a sauce pan to reheat. The lids are so easy to use.

I use these lids for storage with my Mason/Ball jars, they fit snuggly. I also use these for my ferments because the metal jar lids rust. I wash by hand and dishwasher. I have the regular and wide mouth jar lids. I sometimes use a marker to write on the lids, I just use a magic eraser to remove the markings. I highly recommend!
