I've been using dihydroberberine for the past month, and I have to say, I’m happy with the results. I’ve tried regular berberine before, but the digestive discomfort I experienced was a deal-breaker. With DHB, the absorption is so much better, and I haven't had any of those issues.The most noticeable change has been in my energy levels.
