9-26-19: Not see through OR open for airflow: dual sided transparent, very sticky tape w/screen attached. Also, when cutting, the sides of the attacked screen are sharp so be careful. It solved the problem of the holes in our screens but I wish I'd known it prohibited airflow or I'd have bought something else. Very sticky and has lasted for a few months since installing in June. I even made it a right angle, length-wise and attached part of it to the screen and part to the screens' frame where the screen has dry rotted. I have a slumlord of my 22 years living here so I have to be proactive about things. In this regard for the use of reattachment where you'd otherwise have to buy new screen for the frames, it's 5 stars. Now you know.

This product was easy enough to use, but refused to stay attached to the damaged screen. My dogs kept finding it on the floor or outside and running around with it in their mouths.

This has to be a big mistake on the mfg. The screen does not have the adhesive on it but t h e backing is. Only the backing has it. For now I have the backing sticking on the screen hole. Maybe I can sew it. This is not a good product.

When I began the roll, the adhesive was good enough for the screen to stick. When I cut the second patch, there was no adhesive on the screen. My third patch was fine. It appears that the adhesive is HIT & MISS.

the sticky part stuck to the paper not the screen had to cut off several pieces to find the glue wasn't stuck to the paper.

Sticks really well to the window screen.

It doesn't stick at all.

Works perfectly for what I needed it to do.
