Motorcycle full synthetic engine oil batch blended at temperature by Spectro Oils using 1800 ppm of ZDDP. Spectro utilizes group 4 polyalphaolefin oil base stocks then "cooks in" the high levels of zinc and phosphorus organic additives during the manufacturing process. Lesser competitors start with group 2 adn 3 blended base stocks and utilize manifold blending where additives are "dumped in" at ambient temperatures and, when installed, are prone to settle to the bottom of the oil pan. Spectro Oils are superior as the additives are already suspended in the solution, especially during the critical start up period of cold metal against metal.
