A calcium source for hydroponics / fertigation systems. and over the top for outdoor crop production i.e Vegetables/Fruit and ornamentals - safety from scorch is excellent. Calcium nitrate from Solufeed is a proven hydroponics grade fertilizer. It is supplied as a prill which is highly soluble and very easy to use. Unlike traditional crystalline calcium nitrate, the prill formulation is not deliquescent and therefore stores well. Calcium nitrate is used to make up the "A" Tank stock solution in hydroponics growing systems. Used in conjunction with Solufeed F to make up the "B" Tank stock solution. Where the source water pH and bicarbonate levels are high neutralising acid may also be required. Only use this product if you are conversant with hydroponics crop production and are technically competent.
