I’ve had some circulatory insufficiency for a long time now. I’ve tried a few different things that were supposed to help ,so I was a little surprised that this one actually seems to make a difference in my symptoms . I particular I’ve noticed that my hands and feet are not as cold as they normally are.There’s a lot for me to like in this supplement . If you are not familiar with benfotiamine then I recommend reading the Wikipedia page, which says that benfotiamine is marketed as a drug to treat diabetic polyneuropathy. Also included here is DFE , which is the effective, active form of folate ,and 1,000 mcg of B-12. The capsule is vegan HPMC . The serving is two capsules and this bottle is a one month supply.

I noticed that this product has several of the supplements I was taking on individual basis combined into a single capsule (dosage is two). Since I take so many different supplements on a daily basis anything I can do to reduce the number of pills/capsules consumed daily is a big plus. I didn't notice any adverse effects taking the product, so it does appear to be a viable option for me.

Price is high ..or at least compared to other multi supplements.Got specifically as it states nerve support . I will try for the month and decide about trout chasingIt is just amazing how much more information we need about the right mix of supplements as we age. I have to research more about some of the ingredients that I am less familiar with.If it helps, then it is worth the money
