Use a dog ramp to get it into the car!
I bought this 2 months ago and have been pleased. Comfortable, stable. Love that it folds up to such a small area. Many reviewers have complained that it is too heavy to get into the trunk of a vehicle. I found a dog ramp on Amazon that is 20" wide and weighs 18 pounds. It is perfect. Putting the scooter in the car I can turn the motor on and use the scooter's power to get it up the ramp. Much less expensive than a lift or regular ramp. Now that I don't have to lift it's 60 pounds into my little SUV, it is easier to use. I highly recommend it.

THE ASSEMBLY OF THIS SCOOTER WAS AWFUL. THIS IS A "LEMON" J. AND DRIVE WON'T DO ANYTHING...
THERE WAS NOTHING ABOUT THIS SCOOTER WE LIKED. WHEN IT COMES TO "LEMON" THIS IS IT. DID NOT KNOW YOU COULD NOT RETURN AFTER 30 DAYS. THERE WOULD BE AN ENOURMOUS RESTOCKING FEE THE COMPANY "DRIVE MEDICAL" SAID TO ME. THE MECHANICS OF THIS SCOOTER (FOR US) WAS TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING ONLINE AS THEY SEND OUT WHETER IT WORKS OR NOT. I HONESTLY BELIEVE THEY'RE HOPING NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL AFTER 30 DAYS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMPANY'S MANAGEMENT TEAM AND THEIR FACTORY WHERE THEY ARE ASSEMBLED.....WE NOW HAVE TO SEE IF WE CAN SELL TO SOMEONE CHEAP THAT'S ABLE TO MAYBE FIX IT AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY THAT HAS PRIDE IN THEIR WORK....OVER $2000.00 LESSON WE LEARNED THE HARD WAY.... YOU NEED TO SEE, TOUCH, FEEL AND RIDE WHAT YOU'RE GETTING.J.SHRIVER TENNESSEE. 2021

DO NOT PURCHASE!
Horrible return policy. Amazon clearly states returns are accepted within 30-days with a full refund. However, ZooMe does not honor this. They charged me for shipping back to their warehouse for $500!!! Please do no buy this unless you plan to keep it. Just ridiculous they aren't able to get the shipping policy correct with Amazon. They tried to apply their own return policy from their own site towards this return policy on Amazon, which clearly stated FULL REFUND.

Life changing
Able to drive it up to the gate for our trip. Got my husband all around for our travels. He no longer misses out on anything that involves walking.

Mobility Scooter
I was really disappointed with the scooter when it arrived and the way the seller listed it. It was really junky didn't have the features as described on the website. Just a real piece of junk. The seller was nice and didn't make it difficult for me to send it back. My money was refunded.

Works well!
Bought for my wife, only used a few times. Only went about a mile to 1.5 miles and battery monitor showed battery was down about 1/3. Will use it more heavily "soon" and will have a better idea of its range to report.New info: We've now gone to Alaska, a cruise, and to the California wine country. So it's been shipped on our plane (gate checked) and my wife has used it a lot. We have yet to run down the battery! I only have two major complaints, and a suggestion. First, the manufacturer needs to sell a durable cover for flights - one with handles so the baggage handlers don't pick it up by the "steering wheel." Second, the seat back needs a removable/replacement cover, offer a seat back cover for sale, or make the original one using a much more durable material. It is easily damaged.Suggestion for users: if your chair turns on but won't "go" after it's been collapsed and picked up or shipped, it's likely a red lever/switch underneath the scooter has been bumped. It's a safety latch and it's easy to bump (but hard to see.) Don't panic - turn the key to the off position, flip the lever, then try again. Odds are you'll have to do this twice - you'll flip it the wrong way the first time. At least I do!New update: We traveled to Europe to see the Christmas markets: Prague, Berlin, Budapest, Vienna, then Frankfurt (to catch a plane.) The scooter was a champ, but we did manage to kill the battery in Prague. The cobblestones really use up the battery power - battery died almost 1 mile from our hotel. (Ugh!) Spouse ignored my request to carry the charger in the on-scooter "pouch" we added. She did that exactly ONCE. Trip was December 6 - 20; the weather was wet & cold 5 days, cool and overcast 7 days, sunny and nice (no heavy coat) our last day in Vienna. We no longer even consider trips without it. But I'm buying a second battery before our next trip.Next trip? The Panama Canal and the Galapagos Islands, I think. Another memorable cruise!
