Hehua Compatible for HP 701 CC635A Ink Cartridges use with HP Fax 640 650 2140 (2 Black)

Ordered the two pack back in March 1 of 2019. First cartridge worked great. Just installed the other cartridge on November 15 of 2019 and it will not print at all! Machine say nos it cannot find toner level. Had to order cartridge from another company for overnight shipment to get my fax up and running because return window had closed!Guess warranty is out of the question!

I have not used the product yet in our fax machine I ordered it as a back up cartridge. But receiving it was fast and accurate. So I rated it on that and not the product. Will not need to use it for a while yet.

This cartridge is a direct drop-in replacement for the original HP cartridge. My initial rating for this product was low, as I experienced very poor printing quality with both of the cartridges that I had purchased. However, the seller was very responsive to my complaint, and replaced both cartridges at no charge. The new replacement is working very well, with no noticeable difference in performance compared to the HP brand product. At one-third the cost of the brand name, I would recommend the Hehua ink cartridge.

Bought this for a very old fax machine, to help us along until our newer one was fixed. Worked fine.

HP 701 ink cartridges have been discontinued! These are the PERFECT replacement . My husband’s line of work still requires fax from time to time. This was a great alternative to buying a new fax machine that hopefully we can get rid of in the near future.

Other than the packaging there was no obvious difference in the quality

I don’t think these are as good as the Hewlett-Packard brand. Cheaper yes, but the ink runs out more quickly, and worse it runs out without triggering the “ink needs replacing warning “, so I get faxes that are too faded to read before I know to replace it.
