Gave as a gift recipient seems to like it

I purchased one, used it for about 5 minutes, and then it no longer powered on or charged. (The first one also looked like it was used.) I requested a replacement and the exact same thing happened. After that I had to go to two different stores to return the items. Very disappointing because I had heard good things about this product, but I wouldn't waste your time or money on this. If I could have rated it 0 stars, I would have.

I use it everyday. It defiantly helps sagging skin and texture of my skin.

My 1st one stoped working and they made it very easy to order a replacement I love the item and hope this new one continues to work

How long do you charge it for? Just got it. Instructions don't provide charging duration. Giving 3 stars since haven't used it yet. No chips, nicely packaged. Will update as I see results.

Just tried the liftlab for the first time. I haven’t seen anything happen yet. I will give another review in about a week.

I have been using this product for close to 2 weeks. I am starting to notice the wrinkles around my mouth are not as deep. I am 75 yrs old so I'm a little more seasoned than the younger ladies shown using this product. But, make sure you remove the silver protective cover. For almost a week I was trying to use it with it on. I wasted that time. I think it's a good product to add to your morning routine

I am in love with this product! I use it in the morning and at night and my face is so much more tighter and glowing!! I also had a saggy chin but this has totally tightened it up. Worth the purchase!!!
