This is my second bottle of this. I use a good amount to make sure I coat every single toenail on both feet, because I don’t want to chance it spreading. You have to do this the right way. Soak your feet (I use warm water with a 1/4 cup of Apple cider vinegar), if softens your nails and makes them ready to absorb the fungal meds, pay my feet/toes dry, clip nails if necessary and apply a good amount of fungus killer, on top of your nails and all around the end of your nails, so it can seep into the crevices everywhere, I wait 5 minutes ever so slightly pat my toes with a paper towel and put clean socks on. Change your socks every day and use this every day. It will take time to see results, because whatever nail that’s has infection, needs to grow out and be replaced with new nail. That’s why you do it every day. This way, there’s no chance the new growth will become infected. My nail issues are just about gone and I’m going on two months. I believe if I continue this. My nails will be fungus free for good. I will forever change my socks every day or more than once a day if needed from moisture.

After an injury that caused one of my toenails to become infected and poor maintenance which caused another to as well, this treatment really saved me. It takes a few weeks to begin seeing progress and it does work wonders to treat what is going on underneath and promote healthy growth of the nail or even new nail if you have anything as severe as I did. Not including TMI in an Amazon review!It does require you to work closely and carefully to make sure it's applied, and it has an absolutely awful vinegar-like smell but it works!! My only complaint is that the lid on the bottle is not to be trusted, regardless of being screwed on completely. If you let this bottle get tipped over on it's side after a while it will begin leaking, wasting product, and destroying any cloth or varnish.

Too soon to attest to the efficacy, but when I finish this bottle I will not reorder. I previously used a similar product with an identical delivery system, and was very pleased. I decided to try this when my other brand was used up. Why on Earth would the manufacturer add yellow dye to their formula that turns the nails orange? The dye is listed in the ingredients. (The other brand I tried was clear.) My toes are stained orange, and look dreadful. If it were summer and I was wearing sandals I would not be comfortable using this product. The dye has no medical purpose, and really, dyes should not be added to beauty/health products anyway.
