Interlocking Stable Horse Mats - 6 Pieces, 34mm EVA, 6ft x 4ft (1.82m x 1.22m)

The vendor was super efficient and kept me in the loop at all times regarding delivery - including the fact that the mats were going to arrive a couple of days early - no problem as they were going straight up to the yard! The mats themselves arrived wrapped in plastic so were super clean. They are really nice and firm BUT really light (I wasn't sure that they really were 7 1/2 kg until I moved them myself!!) and were a doddle to move about. They are also really easy to shape with nothing more than a Stanley knife. They have been down for two days now so I can't comment on how tough they are long term although I note that there is a 10 year warranty on them (which I would like to print out if anyone would like to send me the link or a email...). My only slight negative comment is that some of the address labels are stapled on and staples and hooves are not a good combination. That aside, the staples were easy to remove and I managed to collect them all up and dispose of them. Perhaps sticky address labels would be better. Other than that small thing, I'm chuffed to bits. I'd love to say that my muddy-chubster horse loves his new flooring but he took no notice what so ever and stuck his head in his feed bucket - we don't always share the same priorities! Ungrateful, hairball, mud magnet, money drain that he is ;-)

Took ages researching stable mats and reading various reviews to the point where we just got more and more confused with the conflicting opinions. In the end we plumped for these mats which turned out to be a good decision.The mats arrived very quickly, within a couple of days, and were delivered in three packs of two mats meaning they could easily be moved around using a normal sack-barrow. The mats were easily cut to size using a stanley knife and straight-edge, took me about an hour to lay them myself, and the interlocking edges hold the mats snuggly together.The horse was initially a bit wary of the different feel of the mats and the sound made when walking on them but he very quickly got used to it and settled.We are using shavings supplimented by some pelleted sawdust and after a bit of trial and error to find the right amount to use we are finding a bale of shavings will easily last a week.The mats look and feel top quality and although they have only been down a couple of weeks so far but there isn't the slightest sign of wear or any marks despite our large horse being a bit of a digger.We're very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend them.

Thought I'd ordered the mats that interlock, but these are the ones with straight edges. This made them easier to install, but because they don't fill the whole stable, the ones on the edge slip a bit (only a few inches). They are just the right thickness and are wearing well. It's made mucking out much easier, and cut down on the amount of shavings needed. The stable is not on a slope, so the wee does get trapped under them, but they are easy to flip, and clean. On the whole, I'm pleased with them.

Brilliant mats, good quality so easy to manoeuvre, so lightweight. Super comfortable because of the thickness. Recommend a really good, long cutting implement for trimming to size. Would definitely buy again

After looking around for matting on the internet and recieving various quotes I am pleased to say I am extremely pleased with these.I ordered six and they were so easy to fit and Lock together perfectly.Luckily I only had to trim two, which was easily done with a retractable knife.Our horse is about 600kg and has left no long lasting hoof marks on them,although the pressure of hooves does mark they do go after a few hours.The entrance to the stable has been squashed abit but there has been no shredding or bits coming away, its just where she stands by the sausage bar.So easy to clean too.Delivery was quick and they are easy enough to handle.They are delivered flat in packs of two and cannot be rolled ,so beware if you dont have these delivered to your stable as you will need to have a big enough boot etc to move them.Also we did not get a specific time for delivery but did know the day.

We bought 43 Easimat horse mats which have all disintegrated within 3 years! They are sold with a 10 year warranty which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Do yourself a favour and pay a little extra for Mayo mats which we purchased 25 years ago and are still going strong.
