My old spare tire cover was cracking and flaking needing replacement. I have a T145/85 R18 spare tire. I selected the 15" cover as this correlates to the outside diameter of my spare tire which is 27.7" within the Tire Diameters 27.55-29.52 Inch for the 15" cover. You can see how well it fits. I'm pleased with the fit. It was easy to cover the tire in place since the inside lining is a smooth material that does not catch or stick to the rubber tread. My old cover was a PITA to put on since the inside was like a felt material and snagged on the rubber tread. There was no way to adjust it. The BFXM cover is so much better in this respect as it can be repositioned easily.When selecting a size, go by the stated outside diameter of the tire as it is more accurate than the wheel size which does not necessarily relate to outside diameter which is what the cover has to fit.
