Had similar before. I find Trainers solid and like the toe protection so which is great for hill walking.Trainers are stiff but after two weeks soften up and are now very comfortable. Like the fact they have Gortex as if you are forced to walk through a puddle your socks stay dry. Also like the quick lace system as you can set them so you can slip them on and off quickly but when they are on they are still secure on you feet. Use them to hill walk and walk the dog.

Great shoes - incredibly comfortable and supportive. They are quite a wide fit which is good for me. Quicklace system is excellent and is really good at adjusting to your foot shape. My one gripe would be that the pocket on the tongue can be quite fiddly to get the laces into, especially if you have them done up tight.

These can be hard to obtain and at this price are solid value. Go a half size up as lacing system will give secure fit every time … you won’t be disappointed, get them while you can..

Used these for years in various colours. They don’t last more than 18months but they get used very regularly.The quality from Solomon is definitely not as good as it used to be. These arrived with the ortholite soles bent over and screwed up. Thankfully when rectified they seem ok

Definitely go a half size bigger but they are very comfortable and feel very ‘safe.’

They are very comfortable when on rugged terrain.

Nice trainers but not as great a fit as my other salomon trainers. Tried these on in the house,as soon as i stood up i could feel them uncomfortable across my toes.

It’s my third pair of same model. Love them.
