Very well thought out design making it really universal
I successfully "matched" a few different cameras I intend to install to this mount. It is indeed universal in the sense of being compatible with a number of security cameras by different manufacturers with various mounting base configurations. One thing to know about this mount is that it's pretty thin (0.49 inch) so there is little room inside it for the thick cables. With all the quality of this mount I think it is overpriced at $49. I will have to search for more modestly priced mounts for the other cameras.
