I bought this at the recommendation of my doctor, because I was having bad problems in my lower back with pinched nerves and leg pain. I play in a band and I wear boots on stage and after 4 hours I would be an excruciating pain for the next 3 days barely able to walk. It works very well although the only drawback I would say is it's really thick to where it will interfere with your effects pedal if you put them too close to the pad. You need to leave a few inches of space in between or you might think you're hitting a button and it doesn't engage. That's not a problem with the pad though, so I'm not docking it any stars for that. It doesn't slide around on me and it's got just the right amount of weight to keep it in place but not be too heavy to move it if you need to.

These mats were a gift for my husband, for his new workshop! He loved them and will definitely put them to good use!

We are not industrialists, nor are we a commercial enterprise. Instead, it is just my wife and I living in our little abode and leading a fairly ordinary residential life there.Yet notwithstanding this mat is listed as being "industrial" and "commercial grade" we ordered it anyway. Why? That is easy. The mat is also said to "reduce fatigue", provide "all day comfort", be concerned with "safety first" and be "easy to clean". And I will say that notwithstanding our humble nonbusiness status we are very glad to have this mat.We got the smaller variant, and although I cannot say with certainty I have no reason to think the bigger version of this mat is not the same. First off, this mat is attractive. As shown in the picture it is back with yellow borders along the longer borders. I like these bolder colors, and the mat looks god anywhere we place it. And with those colors you are not going to miss seeing it.Ultimately though it has found its home by our kitchen sink. As it is reputed to be, this mat is thick and standing on it is comfortable. As I noted, it is just the two of us and although we have a dishwasher we do not use it much, as we do not produce that many dirty dishes on a daily basis and to let them accumulate until we have enough is an unappetizing prospect. Thus on most days one or the other of us is at the kitchen sink doing some washing of pots and pans, plates, utensils, etc. That is probably the one spot in the house where we are standing in one place for the longest time. Look, this mat is not going to make you giddy about doing dishes but it does make it at least a little bit less uncomfortable. The mat is thick and while not springy or overly soft does provide a far more comfortable platform than bare kitchen floor tiles. The mat stays where put, is unaffected by water and is easy to clean. It seems very well made and I do see why it is listed as being commercial. Notwithstanding that designation, we are very happy to have it in our home.

I ordered this mat to use while standing at my metal lathe. My feet do tend to get tired while standing on the concrete, and also the metal chips can be annoying when you're walking on them. This mat has worked quite well so far. At first it feels very firm like it's not really helping anything. But then you realize it's more like a very strong memory foam, slowly conforming to your feet. It really does help the old feet. I was concerned about the metal chips possibly becoming embedded in the vinyl, or even melting it. So far I've had no issues with either. I do think this is probably better suited for woodworking machines or workbenches, but as long as it continues holding up I'll keep using it for the lathe. A few other notes: This mat is fairly heavy, which makes it not fun to move but it stays put and doesn't slide around. It's also fairly thick, so you need to pay attention not to trip on it. This is priced in between the thin, flimsy anti-fatigue mats and the industrial rubber mats, and I think the performance is commensurate with the price. Overall a good quality mat for the home shop or light industrial use.

I am very impressed with this Vergo Industrial floor mat so far. It was delivered in a flat box which may not sound like much but others I have ordered came rolled up and took several days before they could be safely used (the curled up edge posed a tripping hazard). I opened the box and immediately put this mat to use. What a difference the thick 1 inch padding made on my feet. I was using thinner pads before and this mat just showed me how bad the previous one was. The padding is slightly firm but extremely comfortable.This mat is colored and textured well and the yellow edges makes it's presence very obvious. The diamond pattern has good grip but still allows easy vacuum cleaning.I'm very happy with this mat and my feet are even happier!

I got this mat to put under my massage chair when I’m working on clients at the open market on weekends It does a great job of protecting my chairs feet. It super soft to stand on and the yellow lines make it very visible so I can see where the ground stops and the mat starts. Haven’t tripped over it and landed on a client yet. And as a professional I like that.

Thick, soft, but soooo sturdy. It's a great size for the workshop and will keep my husband's feet from hurting him after a day working in the garage/shop. He has plantar fasciitis and the worst thing for that is standing on concrete for any length of time. This saves his feet from the pain he typically feels after a long day doing the stuff that tool guys do....whatever that is. He loves that it's beveled on the edge and is therefore, not a tripping hazard as he's moving about. This is professional quality, not like a little kitchen anti-fatigue mat, and is meant for heavy use in an area where it needs to hold up. Very happy with it!
