My hair is left soft and much less frizzy. I really like the design, the color, and the accessories it comes with to style my hair. It's the best hair dryer I've ever bought.

I wasn’t expecting to love this hair dryer as much as I do, but it’s honestly amazing! It’s super lightweight, so my arm doesn’t get tired, and it dries my hair really fast without making it frizzy. The negative ions really do make a difference, my hair feels smoother and healthier after using it. The diffuser works great for mine and my girl's curls, and I love that it’s not crazy loud like some other dryers I’ve used. Plus, the heat control keeps it from getting too hot, so I don’t feel like I’m frying my hair. Definitely a great buy.

This is a great hair dryer, no doubt. However, it is SOOOOOO powerful, even on the lowest setting...I wish it had just one more, slightly less intense. The other issue is with the design and where the "cold" air (snowflake) button is located ours right near where you hero the dryer with your thumb or finger so it inadvertently gets triggered and the dryer starts blowing cold air when you don't necessarily want it to.I'm not sore if I'm keeping it as it needs one slightly less powerful setting to not be annoyingly strong.

The manufacturer's box for this Ionic Hair Dryer with Diffuser - 2000W Professional Dual Voltage Hair Dryer is a keeper - yes, I mean the sturdy box itself - not the mailing carton. This attractive box has a magnetic, snap-top lid, and inside the dryer, cord, and attachments are placed in separate sections for safe care and delivery, or storage if you wish. There is even a gray, cloth bag for the hair dryer for traveling. The cord is sturdy and even has an attached Velcro loop to keep the cord together when not in use. The hair dryer itself really is BEAUTIFUL! The gold and silver design looks and feels luxurious, and the weight is light and well-balanced in my hand. There are SO many settings - for heat temperature as well as power/force of air, plus a cold air setting - it will be very easy to choose the exact setting that fits my wet or damp hair, moment by moment, changing speed or heat temperature as I dry my hair. Although I don't personally use attachments on my hair dryers - this one has three. I'm so very impressed with this hair dryer - and I was worried that I had spent too much money on it as I was ordering it, when I could pick up a hair dryer at the grocery store (but it would probably malfunction very quickly.) I also bought the product protection - I think that's a wise move for any kind of electric appliance. Now I look forward to using this lovely hair dryer for years to come. I'm so glad that I choose this product, and I happily give it 5 Stars and more, if they had more stars to give. :)
