The food processor is very convenient. It’s precise, chops quickly, and easy to clean. Its compact design is easy to store and pull out when needed.The blender is great for sauces and basic smoothies. The smaller design isn’t the best if trying to include nuts or seeds or large portions of frozen fruit. Likewise I find protein powder tends to settle and not blend as easily. I try to add it at the end. But it’s definitely convenient for daily use and love that I can put a lid on the container straight from blending. Less clean up!

The first time I purchased this blender the post that the blender blade sits on in the blender bowl broke off and plastic from the bottom of the post melted and fused to the blade. I could not use the blender again. I messaged the seller through Amazon who did not respond. I just wanted to replace the blender bowl and blade because I like the blender but since the seller did not respond at all, I returned it. I ordered a new one and this time the gaskets to the blade top came off when I put it on the blender cup and was blended into my drink (I realized it after I blended it and threw the drink out. 1/3 of the gasket was missing. That is how I knew it had blended in my drink. ) There are 2 screw-on blades tops for the blender cup and both of the rubber gaskets have come out. I have tried to push them back in but they will not go in. I can get it to stay on long enough to quickly turn it over and get it screwed on to the cup so that the gasket doesn't come out. I was going to return this one too but I really like using the blender bowl to make batters and it is really powerful when making smoothies (I even include the lemon peel when making my morning drink and it blends well). I wish they had decent customer service and I could get replacement blade heads.I would not recommend buying this blender.***UPDATE: (3/13/2024) I received an email directly from the seller after I left this review. Apparently, they didn't receive my message through Amazon about requesting to replace the blender and blade. They offered to replace the entire product with a new one without having to send the defective one back to them. I received the new Blender/Food Processer in a week or so after that and so far I have not had any issues. As I said in my previous review, I really like the product, it mixes well, the blender is the perfect size for what I need and their customer service is excellent.
