Great set
Great product, especially for the price. The x-light band is so thin I don't think I will ever use it again but the others are a great quality and actually feel like they are doing something as I use them. No issues with rolling so far with these bands (except the x-light, but it's so thin I would have been shocked if it DIDN'T roll).Sliders are also great. Sturdy and easy to use while giving you a ridiculously hard workout. I also love the carry bag that is included.

WORTH THE PURCHASE
Compact exercise bands and sliders. Comes with its own bag, easy to travel with and lightweight. The slides worked on carpet and wood with ease. Just a fast flip to go from one to the other. Just for kicks I tried on our tile kitchen floor, you need a little more effort but they will slide. I liked the various strengths in the loop style bands also. I use these type bands in physical therapy, for shoulder,neck and legs. Having a set at home is a bonus in my recovery. The only thing I wish it had was an exercise sheet to reference. Otherwise its a quality product.

Great workout...
I enjoyed my workouts with the MAX bands so far. I recently used them with my daughter and we did a variety of exercises. They provided the necessary resistants for each one of the exercise we did. In fact, my daughter had to switch to a lower resistance band because the one she had was a little to difficult. I haven't used the pads yet but I am sure they will work fine. The only thing that I could complain about is the width because they tend to twist up some which not really and issue but I think that if they were a little wider, it would help. Overall, great product for the price. Lastly, I appreciate the call from the company to see how I liked their product. I would recommend the product for that reason only; thanks for the call.
