Well Made, Easy to Use, Works Well, A Bit Pricey For What It Is
This Rypstick rocker board is an interesting training aid designed to help golfers improve their weight shift and timing during the swing. It focuses on a fundamental aspect of the golf swing, providing a kinesthetic feedback mechanism to reinforce proper weight transfer. The board's curved design encourages a rocking motion, forcing the golfer to engage their lower body and shift their weight from the back foot to the front foot throughout the swing. This helps develop a more consistent and powerful swing by promoting proper sequencing and balance. While the rocker board can be a helpful tool for grooving the weight shift motion, it's important to consider its limitations. The concept of weight transfer in the golf swing is relatively simple, and many golfers might find that they can achieve similar results through other drills or practice methods. Additionally, the rocker board doesn't address other crucial aspects of the swing, such as club path, face angle, or plane. The value of this training aid ultimately depends on your individual needs and preferences. If you struggle with weight shift and find it challenging to develop a consistent feel for proper weight transfer, this rocker board could be a beneficial addition to your practice routine. However, if you're comfortable practicing weight shift through other means or are seeking a more comprehensive training aid that addresses other aspects of the swing, this might not be the most essential purchase.Rypstick is a smaller company that has gained recognition for its innovative training aids. Their focus on specific aspects of the golf swing, like weight shift with this rocker board, can be valuable for golfers looking to target and improve particular areas of their game.

Ok training aid
Way to expensive for for a piece of wood. Not the greatest training aid as far as golf goes. You would get more benefit from taking that same amount of money and spending it on a golf lesson

Simple but effective
This is really well made and comes with nice instructions to get going. I really like the visuals on the board for the different types of clubs/swings. The textured surface is great for traction. Super easy to use and once get the hang of it can see the improvements in contact pretty quickly. I’ve easily picked up some extra yards and seem to have improved accuracy. Very function training aid, can use to practice movement or can hit balls. Little pricey for what it is but it’s well made, has simple instructions, and is from a great company (highly recommend RYP stick too for ramping up speed). It’s worth the price, it will last forever and is an aid you can pull out anytime.

Good golf training board
This golf balance shift board is a training aid that appears to be well-made. My husband, who enjoys playing golf, is planning to teach our son, and he mentioned that this board is helpful for swing training. It comes with instructions and is easy to use. It’s definitely a useful training tool.

Good Quality but Limited Usefulness as a swing trainer
I like Rypstick stuff. Its a small company and they came up with the stick, which I have and am satisfied with. This is a rocker board that teaches you to shift your weight with the proper timing for max power in your swing. The principles it is teaching are correct, and it helps hone them, but on the other hand that's all it does. So not sure you need another thing in your life to teach you the simple principle of weight shift. I guess that's a decision for the purchaser.

Useful, A Bit Steep for What It Is
I like this training board as a useful tool for gaining an instinctive feel for balance and weight distribution for different club swings. It's great for beginners and probably won't hurt intermediate players who can still use some reminders of good form. The board is well made and very solid feeling, and it supports my 6'1" 210lb body just fine. The top surface has a very durable feeling layer of high grit substance that's extremely grippy. One of the main features is the markings at different widths for different club stances. Since different club swings require different stances and movements, these are crucial to developing proper technique. The markings are clear and easy to read. And the board comes with a link to a video that walks you through its use. It's simple and easy to follow. So really I have no complaints about this potentially very useful training tool - except for the price. $120 seems at least $20 too high for what amounts to a wooden platform. I think the ideal price point for this would be $100 or less. Otherwise, I like it.

A new addition to my practice facility
I added this rip board to my golf practice facility that I have created in my backyard. Sometimes you just want to blow off some steam and golf is a never ending practice just to get sort of good. This board is well-made and really helps my swing by ensuring that my feet are fully planted

Great gift for avid golfers. While pricy works well and easy to use.
Great gift for avid golfers. While pricy works well and easy to use.Easy to use as you just place at driving range and gives you real time insight into your weight distribution. The idea is that it helps you adjust your weight for the max power in your swing. Can use at home but driving range for actual reals shots is more helpful!Portable and not too heavy.Video is very helpful when learning how to use it.
