My entire life I've been searching for the perfect shampoo and conditioner for my hair. I have long, thick and curly hair. Matted knots are a constant part of my life. No matter what I do or how much I brush my hair it just turns into knots.The perfect conditioner to me was the conditioner you would get in hair dye boxes and I've always been looking for that in a bottle. While this doesn't untangle knots as easily as the dye conditioner, it prevents them.I don't know what it is about this shampoo and conditioner, but it untangles my hair easily and the next day when I brush my hair there are virtually no knots. I've gone as much as 3 days without brushing. Keeping my hair up in a bun which is murder on my hair during sleep but I have found that if I get any knots they are barely there.This is definitely a duo that I will use for the rest of my days and I have never said that about any other products. This just works for me.The smell has kinda a weird scent in it. Sometimes when I smell it I like it but others it gets me kinda queasy. I don't know how to describe it.This shampoo and conditioner is kind of expensive as well. I would have never bought this if I didn't get a sample of it. I usually don't pay this much for hair products but it's well worth it.One thing I have noticed is I have flakes in my hair since using this. I am very careful about washing it all out of my hair and my shower has amazing water pressure. But it's just a little bit not a big deal.This is by no means a miracle product I'm not gonna say it's the answer but it is the best I have ever put in my hair. And it's working for me better than any other out there.The shampoo is special too though. Usually when I use any shampoo, and I've used many many different kinds that have been more expensive than this, but usually after rinsing out shampoo my hair feels like straw in the water and I can't run my fingers through it. Which is pretty normal with all shampoo that's why we have conditioner.But with this shampoo my hair feels like it could have been conditioner because I can run my fingers through it with no snag. The lather is rich and it feels silky almost like shaving cream. I could probably take a shower with just the shampoo and be able to comb my hair... I haven't been brave enough to try but it feels amazing.I encourage others to try this if you have the money. It's made my routine much easier and before I would dread taking a shower because I knew the brushing was gonna hurt. Now showering is a normal task because this product leaves a long lasting effect on my hair.If I had to choose between the conditioner and shampoo I would probably pick the shampoo which is weird to say.Thank you.

I got this product after bleaching my hair. I’m not a fan of the smell. To me it’s like a burnt plastic and strong when you smell bottle. Not as strong in the shower and the conditioner smells great so no lingering smell in my hair.It works pretty good. My hair is definitely dry right now and it’s helping a lot.

I love this shampoo! Has a great scent and does a good job with calming my hair down. Only downside was with the shipping - my shampoo spilled all over itself during the shipment. So hoping I didn’t lose as much as it seemed and will probably buy in person next time.

Great shampoo but my favorite brand but when I got it...the cap was somewhat open and it leaked everywhere! Th am god it wasn’t worth more than $8.00 cause it would of been a real waste! I hope this is the real stuff. Please check the cap before you send it out again!

happy w this purchase and got hooked on this shampoo because it actually moisturizes my hair! I have color plus highlights and this is only one of two hydrating shampoos that moisturizes my hair. the smell is delish too and it lasts

Just want to put it out there this product is NOT safe for color treated hair. I know it doesn't specifically state that is it but for those of you wondering it's not. I bought it because it's very hard to find silicone free shampoo and conditioner. I'm the idiot who assumed it was also sulfate free. Giving it three starts because it has an awfully perfumey smell to it.

Do you have 50+ hair? If so this will work great for you. My hair looks as healthy and shiny as it did 20 yrs ago. I love this product and my "new" hair. My hair is long and thick but it only takes a small amount of this shampoo and conditioner to give me desired results. Which makes Nexxus Keraphix economical on top of fabulous. Highly recommend.

I still prefer boldplex. But I bought this for inbetween. Since I have bleached my hair alot, because I love to change the bright colours. It works. My hair feels good. But try a better treatment with the boldplex trio. Try a protein filler before dying your hair. It prevents alot more damage.

Love this stuff. I've used it twice and I've noticed a huge difference on the feeling of my hair and my split ends feel and look better too. I have super thin hair and it's hard to find a product that doesn't weigh it down or strip it down. Absolutely love the smell. A little goes a long way! Definitely going to use this going forward.

If you are sensitive to overly scented products this is not the product for you.

When I first started using the shampoo and conditioner, I noticed an increase in hair falling out (I usually don't have this problem). However, this seems to have been temporary.I would say that my hair seems less dry and damaged than previous winters.
