PowerBreathe Breather

It does actually help to strengthen the lung breathing space and strong feeling inside muscle body while doing work out equipment such as jogging/weightlifting or boxing or sport activity.It does not matter if you suffer from breathing problem (e.g. Asthma), Powerbreathe does help to relax and strengthen your comfort breathiness in practise way when do 30 breaths (if necessary) before as well as after your work-out exercise.In fact I am beginner (lol!) so I doesn't care to use this Powerbreathe anyway but like what I said before it does actually help you.Highly recommended buy. Hence five stars rate!

I agree in principle with the science behind the powerbreathe and there are other similar gadgets available.Go with what it says on the instructions and you will notice steady progression at first but it is very difficult on higher levels. I don't think the concept is supposed to be easy, however, or the benefits would likely be reduced accordingly.I purchased it to help me become more fit to compete in MMA. As I have undertaken intense training on top of the breathing trainer it is not possible to identify a direct benefit from the apparatus but more a holistic improvement in my CV. I still believe that it will work as I believe in the concept of resitance training for the lungs, like any other body part they should be able to be trained so I train mine.I am at level 5.5 at the moment, it never gets any easier as you increase the level as you progress but you do improve. I use it on level 2 as well when I am stretching and leave it in the entire time I stretch. It seems to make breathing more simple when you remove it but then it would as it removes the resistance.

This device is extremely cool. Have the ability to change the pressure by turning the gauge for resistance.I've only managed the 1 and 1/2 notch from the bottom so its rather strong. Should have purchased the medium so I could use it more with weight-training and running. Has helped with my running and endurance is stronger than ever. I'm slightly asthmatic and it helps too.

okay so i was going to buy a power breathe plus sports for £45 but decided to go for the iron man model at a higher price £60. I HAVE BEEN SENT A BLACK POWER BREATHE PLUS, no iron man markings, just a black power breathe plus heavy . so basically dnt buy this; just pay for a cheaper £45 power breathe plus,its the same .

A well made and useful tool if your into sport. Fully adjustable by just turning the tension dial clock/anti clockwise and reading the graduated scale on the barrel.The only downside was not really knowing how "strong" the effort required to inhale against the valve would be and for me,a cyclist for the 4% improvement claimed, it was perhaps a little on the expensive side. nevertheless it works, if you can keep up the routine.i have had this a couple of weeks and although it was fairly hard i am at level 3. dont know if i can get further -the effort is hard going.you certainly know you worked your breathing muscle -you can feel it in your ribs! very easy to take apart,clean and put back together,take a few seconds.

Product looks and feels like it was made for inside a Xmas cracker.Also doesn't help I was sent a (very very) clearly opened and returned product by Amazon.com (to the UK)

A great product. I started on level 1 which I found tough, within a week it was getting too easy and was able to move up to 2.5. I'm now on level 3.5 and this gives me a really good worout. I now find it easier to catch my breath when I'm out on my bike or running :-)A few reviews I have read complained about them being covered in hair/fibres, no signs on mine at all so dont be put off by the other reviews.

It's no doubt good for increasing your lung capacity. It will only increase your lung so to their maximum potential though providing your a non-smoker and regular exerciser.Way overpriced in my opinion though and the disc with it is pretty pointless to be fair.
