Interesting if you need this type of book
I was required to get this book for one of my college classes in education. It is interesting and I will be keeping the book, at least until I finish my school stuff.

Practical Leadership
Today college students often miss out on building the single quality that may hold the key to their success in work and life: Leadership. Arthur Bell and Dayle Smith have written a conversational, engaging book that gives students a chance to read the stories of a variety of successful leaders. More than that, the book offers tools to assess and build your own skills, and to reach a greater understanding of what is a leader. In an age when so many of us are literally followers - on Twitter and other social media - this book clearly demonstrates what makes you a leader. The exercises in the book help students practice leadership in a step-by-step fashion. The book provides a model for reflecting upon and recording personal experiences and insights, and how to channel this knowledge and growth into superior leadership.

... humble is one of the cornerstones of being a great leader. Needless to say
Being humble is one of the cornerstones of being a great leader. Needless to say, our current president has none of this quality.

Business business business blah blah
This book is part of an exhausting curriculum, so I am a bit biased. I just don't know that the basic, high level discussions stimulated by this text are worth your time.
