I bought this for my granddaughter. She's so proud. It's a gift of love for her. She's so thrilled to own a Singer because of the long history. Her grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Its a generational gift of love.

Just what my wife wanted. Material feeds itself, no pulling as you sew.

It worked fine at first but then it started jamming up really bad and now I cannot sew 1 stitch without it stopping due to the top thread catching on something below. WHAT DO I DO NOW??

I’m not very experienced but after watching a quick video I was able to use it for basic projects

The title isn't meant to imply this machine is ONLY good for beginners I mean it's exceptionally easy to use and following the provide instructions along with an extensive library of online Singer videos, I'm actually able to sew!

I love my machine. Easy to operate and can handle many different fabrics.

I was initially happy with this machine, as it worked perfectly for the first six months. However, it soon developed issues: the thread started snapping, and the machine frequently jammed in the bobbin area. Luckily, it was still under warranty, so we sent it for repairs.The repair experience, unfortunately, was a nightmare. The technician kept the machine for over five months, citing a heavy workload whenever we called for updates. When we finally received it back, the door covering the bobbin was broken, so we had to tape it shut just to use it. After two days, it broke again.With the warranty now expired, we’re left with an unusable machine. Sending it back would likely mean another months-long wait with no guarantee of a lasting fix. At this point, I strongly recommend looking into other brands; we’ll be doing the same. This machine has been a disappointing investment in terms of both quality and customer support.

I really like it, took some time trying to set up but youtube videos are really helpful and clear, can’t wait to use more

I am a beginner with zero sewing machine experience. I watch Youtube to learn how to sew and use the machine. Singer have videos on how to use this machine and they are very easy to follow. So far I love this machine, I have used it for my little quilts and other basic straight lines sewing projects. It was frustrating at first as i kept on getting stuck but once you get to know the machine and learn by mistake and troubleshoot, it is actually a hassle free sewing.Update:The most frustrating machine you will ever have. I couldn't even start sewing as the bobbin keeps jamming. I read articles, watch you tube videos',trial and error everything but it just seems to tangle and jam every time. Don't purchase this CRAP! Waste of money and time. Just DONT!

Excellent quality

I purchased this for my granddaughter. Tension was a little stiff at first, I'm not a beginner so once I figured that out, machine ran very smooth. Stitches are even. Overall pleased with the product.
