Botanic Choice Bromelain 500 mg, 180 Capsules

This works so well! I take it three times a day as directed, along with a capsule of ginger twice a day, and the results are fabulous. I use to take 5mg/500mg (those in pain know what I mean) but this, Bromelain + ginger, really reduces the inflammation and pain. I have erosive arthritis in my hands. If I use them too much, on a project or such, I have hurt them past what this can do, but live and learn. At least I don't feel the pain when I haven't done anything!!I did call my doctor's office and tell her how well it worked so she could tell other patients in pain.*Ginger can thin your blood so watch out for other blood thinners you may be taking.

I bought this because I have bad inflammation in my hands and tend to not be able to digest my food very well. When taking it, I did not see much of a difference in both problems. My stomach still got bloated and growl and the inflammation in hand/wrist did decrease a little, but I am not sure if it was the bromelain or just me. I give it a 3 because it IS a supplement and was good quality for the super cheap price! If one needs a good supplement for digestive problems I highly recommend DigestWise. It got the job done for me.

inspect your bottle carefully when you get it, before and as you open itsomeone must have opened and returned this bottle and amazon restocked it without inspectionthe cap on top can be twisted off without removing the "safety seal" which made me very suspicious and then the peel off seal on the bottle opening looked like it was wrinkled with one of the edges pulled/curled up slightly which set off alarm bells for methe way this is packaged seems a little amateur and that makes it dangerous for any food/pill product

Have suffered from arthritis in my knees for years. Glucosamine seemed to help, and then someone told me to try bromelain. I know that my knees haven't actually gotten better, but they have been hurting less since I added to my daily pill packs. Can't offer a comparison, because I have only used this brand, but these definitely work for me. I take one a day and it's made a difference. Will keeping taking...

I'm a singer and Bromelain helps with inflammation of the vocal chords from fatigue and overuse. It's natural and a great alternative to ibprofen!! I take this morning and night when I'm performing!

As a diet supplement to help limit appetite, it does well. It's no magic pill, it the long term keep the weight off supplement, it works really well. 70 lbs in two years in my case. (P.S. For the weight loss, don't forget the Vitamin C that is needed with it, amount based upon your present weight, also twice a day.)
