Love these curlers!
These curlers work great for me!Donāt roll from the ends. Put the curler close to the scalp, roll the hair around the curler, then roll the rest of the way up to the scalp. When finished rolling all the way to the scalp, flip the curler on its end, so the bottom is resting on your scalp, then clamp. The curler should not be dangling.Hair cannot be wet, needs to be dry or 90% dry.Use a curl cream or mousse for lasting hold.AA, relaxed, 4B

They work, but do slide easly.
I found that these can take some getting used to put in your hair.Reasons for this is that the part you wrap your hair on is smooth silicone giving nothing for them to hold onto the hair. To work with this, I put the roller next to my scalp and wound the hair around the center till I got to the end of my hair and flipped it over. The other issue is that there is not enough breathing in the rollers to allow it to dry well, so if you use gel or mouse, it may not fully dry. These will cure your hair and it will hold if some product is used to keep the shape, hair spray, gel, or mouse. As for comfort this I found is better than traditional curlers to sleep in, however if you move a lot in your sleep they may fall out. Now this is to not say you won't feel them when you sleep.I like that they are flexible and soft. Please work on something that will hold the hair to make winding easier, and the ability to allow air to dry the hair. Maybe holes in the part you wrap the hair around, and some silicon brush to hold the hair?

Great results, but challenging on short/shortish hair
I have cheekbone length, fine hair. But I also have a lot of it. Iāve tried so many different options to get a decent curly style: Velcro rods, sponge rods, those twisty tubes, etc. These ones actually gave me results that didnāt feel like I was someone auditioning for Bride of Frankenstein on a bad hair day. Plus my arms didnāt go numb before I finished. The only problem is the large size is too big for my hair length and the small size just is long enough for the top 2/3 of my hair. I wish there was one size down, because I wouldnāt trust more than the top few to stay in securely overnight ā even with the included hair net.But it gave an excellent pin-curl style, vintage set first time. Iāll keep experimenting! Now all I need to do is learn how to finger wave my own hairā¦ā¦

silicone cup style curlers
Ok. I have thinner hair and it's short. Maybe you if you have medium thick, long hair you could make this work? I doubt it. These curlers are crazy hard to use and are terrible to sleep in. Makes weird, wonky curls. I prefer the velco curlers. They suck to sleep in too - but at least your curls aren't wonky and look normal. Great hair!
These were popular back in the 60s and 70s and I am so glad they are back in different sizes. Are use these whenever I have someplace to go that I want to look extra nice. They work wonderfully!

Stick with foam rollers
Iāve tried several times to get these silicone rollers to add some curl to my hair. I watched many YouTube videos and followed all the instructions. I tried a few different techniques with them and every time no matter what my hair fell flat. Definitely not for wet hair, At most, I would say barely damp. They kind of give the effect of just really bad bed head where you feel like you need to run a straightener over it. I get much better results with foam rollers, but was interested in these for the fact that you can blow dry them. I tried blow drying them with damp hair, and my hair was still wet inside the roller after 30 minutes of blow drying. I do have long hair so maybe that was my downfall.

Works well, you will need a hair net to keep the clips in place
It actually works! to prevent the clips from sliding off put your hair up in a hair net, the pack comes with one but I found it to be insufficient. I parted my wet hair into 4 sections with hair ties. I used cantu curling creme in small sections and began twisting out the hair into the clips. Try to use as many as possible. The pack comes with small and big clips, I prefer the smaller ones. I slept with it for 6 hours and undid it the morning. The pack definitely came with enough clips Iād say I used about 6-8 on each section.

Curly locks
Easy to put in with great results. Fantastic for long hair. Recommend not to use on wet hair, use on damp hair. Lovely bouncy curls
