Do not force probes into stone or hard rock soil as they can be damaged. Copper and aluminum can become damaged if forced, better to drill holes in soil first, then insert the probes. 2. Designed for testing soil ONLY. Do not use to test pure water or other liquids, electrolytic response index will be affected. 3. Clean probes with soap and water after each use. 4.
