I wanted an electric toothbrush and opted for this over the much more expensive Sonicare toothbrush and I am very pleased with the results. There are multiple vibration levels and toothbrush head options. Purchasing replacement heads has proven to be financially reasonable and easily accessible, as well. The unit recharges quickly and once charged, holds a charge for a long time. Last time I went to the dentist, the dental hygienist and dentist both told me my teeth had almost zero plaque on them and were incredibly clean. They told me to keep using what I'm using, because it's working wonderfully. I'm very pleased with how clean my teeth feel and how they feel like for hours after I brush.If you're looking for an electric toothbrush and you don't want to spend $75+ on one, I strongly recommend this as an option. I love my Sonicool toothbrush!

Recieved product timely in great packaging.What i liked:1) Comes with 4 different brush heads (including 1 brush head having extra tongue cleaning option - my favorite one). Bristle quality is good and is working flawlessly till now (1 month use)2) The travel hard case is compact and can carry 2 brushheads . Charging is no issue for me despite no adapter included , just the usb cable . Though you will not need to charge it often .3) Brush holds quite well standing in the holder provided.4) Started noticing difference within few weeks of use.I prefer the sensitive mode for front teeth incisors and canines and either deep cleaning or whitening for premolars n molars .What i dont like:Only the fact that it doesnt have adapter included which you will need to buy seperately but most people already have adapters for smartphones etc. Works well with them. So this wasnt a major concern for me.So overall Amazing product. Is definitely RECOMMENDED

This toothbrush is amazing. My boyfriend bought it just to have an extra toothbrush for our downstairs bathroom. He loved it so much that he bought me one. I loved it so much I bought two for my parents, who also love it. After owning it for several months here are my pros/con:Pros: amazing battery life- lasts at minimum a month and I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day for the full two minutes.Your teeth feel incredibly clean- just left the dentist clean, truly incrediblemultiple settings- I love the whitening setting the bestDifferent heads to choose from and a great travel caseCon: doesn’t come with a charging brick (which isn’t the end of the world, if you have a smart phone, you’ve got a brick..still would be nice to have it included though.)Overall this toothbrush is the BEST electric toothbrush all of us have ever owned and we’ve had all kinds. Threw my expensive Philips toothbrush in the trash because this toothbrush FAR outperformed it!

Made my teeth feel and look cleaner right away. Battery last a good while. The only con is that I didn't feel a difference between the "Cleaning" and the "Whitening" modes.

What a difference between the traditional way of brushing your teeth. This device is powerful! The toothbrush arrived with a decent charge and was excited to test it out and I was blown away by how easy and effective it was. My mouth has never felt more clean! I picked this up for my wife and she’s been using it every days for a week and she absolutely loves it. She feels like her teeth are whiter as well. Great value over way more expensive brands.

I took 2 stars off for frustration! It does not come with the plug, only the charging cord that is attached to the charging base. The other end is a USB, you need to either go downstairs to borrow your phone plug or buy one if you can just buy one?!? I was a little disappointed in myself for not realizing it’s not a Phillips SoniCare, it’s not a Phillips at all, it’s just SoniCool. But it does come in a very well made box, heavy duty, like Apple products type box. It also comes with a hard plastic storage/travel case. Seems very well made, although I doubt it’s made in the USA. You can tell by the instruction booklet. Not proper English, but easy to understand. The brush head can only go on one way. If you look at the attached photos there is a flat spot where the head attaches. Then if you look at the end of the brush you can see where that flat spot fits. It comes with 2 brush heads and 2 tongue brushes. I have not yet used it so I will have to edit my review. But it seems it will do what it’s supposed to do. I love the timer idea. Another thing to note, the instructions state Do not leave it on the charger! Only charge when needed. And charge for 15 hours upon opening and every time the battery is completely drained in order to have the best battery life.

As mentioned by other people online, the recharger unit is not two-pronged to allow me to plug it into a regular wall outlet and recharge the toothbrush without purchasing a special adapter. What was the manufacturer/seller thinking? Also, the toothbrush head is made of some strange type of unnatural bristle material that feels like it is vibrating razor blades across my gums. At first I thought I could get used to this toothbrush head on the "clean" mode. Nope. Isn't going to happen. It must be cutting my gums as it brushes because tonight I spat blood into the sink. Horrifying. I've NEVER in the past have had bleeding gums until the very day I switched to this Sonicool brand toothbrush, nor have I ever had residual gum pain after brushing with an ultrasonic toothbrush until the very evening that I switched to this one. People beware! You may be doing gums damage by using this toothbrush!! I have depended on the Phillips sonic toothbrush brand in the past to keep my teeth and gums in top-notch shape. Unfortunately, I thought I could save a few dollars by purchasing this one, but this one is the worst. This toothbrush is JUNK, in my opinion. I won't bother to try to get a refund. It's going into the recycling bin and being disposed of before it shreds my gums and creates any damage and more discomfort. Back to Phillips!
