I usually wear size 6 to 10 clothes (36” B to C cup). I say 6 to 10 because for some reason waists on women’s clothes seem to vary wildly these days and my waist is around 24 to 26” with 38” hips. The small size fits me ok. It is stretchy, however the material is cabable of giving a medium level of control.Once on, it is comfortable and gives a sensible level of control that personally I have found is ok for all day use. I think depends on how determined you are.To be clear though, this is not a tight lacing corset. Those are far more rigid, restricting and uncomfortable or at least until you are accustomed to them. A tight lacing corset can pull you in 4" or more. I have tried that type of corset and not managed to wear them over many days although you can get a fairly sensational waist if you persevere. This corset is more of a medium strength reduction and because it is elastic you can still move and bend quite easily. It could be regarded as a beginners corset to get you acclimatised to some reduction. It seems to pull me in about 1" at my waist but this depends on a range of factors. If you are size 12 or 14 then I think the small size could still work for you but may pull you in a little more for example. I think I would tend to recommend you chose a smaller size than you think otherwise the amount of control could be a little disappointing. Honestly if there was an XS that would probably be preferrable in my case. There are 3 rows of hooks and eyes - although given the stretchiness of the material it does not make a huge difference which row you choose.Although relatively warm to wear this corset has holes that allow for some ventilation and I think that is a good feature.It seems to be well made and durable.Over time I think this could slightly reduce my desire to eat whilst also pulling in my waist and smoothing out my figure.

I like the product but it's hard to put on yourself and I don't think it does much it's meant to help flatten your tummy more and I wasn't too happy with the results

That being said, this review is NOT swayed by that, and (as always) contains only my real thoughts on the product; good and bad.]I requested the ‘ZAIQUN Women Hot Waist Trainer Corset’ in beige, size S, to help give me a better hourglass shape for summer. I am a size 10-12 and size S fits snugly, as I wanted it to.The corset is well made and strong. The breathable mesh is fully elasticated. The ribs are really flexible, so sitting down in the corset is possible. The seller's images gave me the impression that it would be more rigid than it actually is. The 1st image of the corset over black underwear is questionable. The corset in reality does not sit on my body as smoothly as that image. The overall effect was that I lost 0.25” on my waist. The 4th image down, 'before and after' I believe is a true image as this is the effect I achieved.I feel a little disappointed with the reality of this corset. It is not like the very smooth image on the model. Hence 3.5 stars.

This corset is surprisingly comfortable (as far as any clothing that is designed to constrict can be). I do feel that it made me look slimmer although that could be from pushing my breasts up. The corset has lots of little fasteners that can be a little bit annoying to do up and if you're fairly well-endowed you may struggle to see the topmost clasps under your breasts.

Whilst the width was good, the torso length is very short so could not use even with the bigger size.
