Awful taste and texture!
Awful taste and awful hard chewy texture that sticks in teeth. Won’t be buying again, they are foul.

Not cheap but taste better than shilajit
I have taken Shilajit in different forms over the last few years. To be honest, I seem to be one of the few people who doesn't mind the resin. Don't get me wrong. I am not saying I like the taste, but I can tolerate it. However, even though I can tolerate it I am still keen to try something that tastes better. In addition to the different format, gummies rather than resin or capsules, I was also attracted by the additional benefits of the Manuka Honey and the Blood Orange and the various other stuff like Ashwagandha and Maca Root. So, what's the verdict.Well, obviously the main thing here is going to be the taste. I actually quite liked it. It was definitely not unpleasant. There was a hint of that shilajit flavour as I put it into my mouth, but then it became a pleasant gummy sweet like experience. I found that hint of shilajit reassuring as it is good to know that there is shilajit in their, as otherwise it would have been easy to think this was just a honey flavoured sweet.I had to deduct a point through, as I just figure a pound per gummie is crazy. I am sure there were costs involved in producing these, but a pound per gummie is huge. But hey, if you can afford them, and you want your shilajit in a palatable format then go for it.

Nice but expensive
I usually add the resin to a hot drink and don't mind the slight flavour. However tried these out of curiosity. Great to have several ingredients in these, which taste quite nice with a hint of shilajit in it. Given a pot of resin lasts for eons, these are just so expensive in comparison. So if you don't mind the price these are good. Cannot comment re efficacy.

Small, tasty gummies
I found these gummies easy to use. They are small (10mm cubes) and quite tasty, and I found myself having to stop myself having more than one!I can't comment on the effectiveness of Shilajit, Ashwagandha, Cordyceps or Maca, but there's a lot of information on the internet about all these. You get 1g of Shilajit, but the dose of Cordyceps is quite low (200mg), while Ashwaganda and Maca are reasonably low (200mg), so you may want another supplement to boost those if you want a stronger effect from them.I can't be sure of the quality of the ingredients or manufacturing, but they look and taste good, and I have felt perfectly fine taking them.

Tasty but expensive gummies
These gummies come supplied in a sealed pack size of 30.The gummies are cube shaped and dark in colour.Ingredients include manuka honey, shilajit, maca root etc.I like the taste of these gummies they have a bitter sweet taste and are supposed to be good for you.Recommended dosage is one gummie per day.At £30 for 30;gummies,each sweet is priced at £1,so quite expensive really. My rating is 4 Stars.I hope you will find my review helpful.

Go for it
I have been eating it for the health benefits, though it does not taste as good as I thought. I cant really get the taste of honey, but it is not bad as well.
