Found necklace to be of good quality and came with paper work as described.Overall very pleased.

I like the pendant and the description was quite accurate, although I spent over an hour trying to untangle the chain that was a one big knot behind the front of the box. I got really annoyed and I would surely return it right away if not for my daughter's birthday this week. I think that for such an expensive sundry more care and concern should be expected. This is a beautiful little plain gold pendant. It is very delicate and the chain is also very delicate but it is just what I wanted. I was promised it after Xmas but it arrived on Xmas Eve so I was delighted. Good value for the moey and beautifully boxed.
