Honestly these are a game changer. Way easier to take than the powder. I tried a few other reputable brands and they either were hard to mix or gave me stomach issues. These on the other hand actually taste good. I feel like I’m sneaking candy when I take them. A must buy if you’ve been taking creatine! They make me look good and feel good! Additionally, studies have shown most people are low in B12 so it’s great that these help supplement it. Overall these gummies are great quality and have shown effectiveness in what they set out to accomplish. Get them!

OK. I do creatine and thought I'd try this. Getting it, my first thought is "can they really get 5 grams of creatine into four gummies"? So I looked into it. The answer seems to be yes, some companies do manage this. Others fail. About 50% sampled didn't according to some testing done in March 24. It's not a very easy thing to make creatine gummies. In some blends the creatine will turn into creatinine or whatever it's called during the mixing and that is not what you want.So, is this stuff legit? How do we know? IIs it one that got it right or one that didn't. No way for me to know. OK, let's assume it is since it's not fair otherwise. The company is in Austin. That used to mean something.My next thought is, "hey what's the other stuff in the gummy ?" I didn't know I was supplementing B-12 with my creatine. I mean, that's good but should stop taking my B - vitamin? How much B-12 do I want? How much is safe? And it's just B-12, not replacing my B-complex. Hmm...this complicates things...Also there is L-Taurine in them. I don't have a problem with that. In fact, it seems that Taurine with B-12 might be a pretty good idea for nervous systems support.There's zero sugar, that's a win.My next take on this is....yum. These taste good. I got them because I'm tired of gritty drinks made from powder. Hmm. Maybe I should have another 2 or 3 of these. Uh-oh, I think I just did like 10 grams of Creatine if their dosing is legit. And I also had 10,000% the RDA of B-12 apart from my B-complex...So, I just don't know if I can trust a tricky to make and test formula to be legit but hope it is. I am not thrilled about having B-12 in the gummy - I would rather take it apart. But then Taurine is a win. Overall, it seems like a good product and my doubts have nothing to do with experience, just generalized suspicions with supps.One star off for the extra ingredients. I just wanted Creatine. Perhaps that's unfair -should have read the listing better, more closely, I guess.

Great taste and texture, it feels hard to believe these have 5g of creatine in them. I’ve always struggled with the powder in liquids, these allow me to take creatine. Wish they would offer a b12 free option, as many people take b12 as part of other supplement stacks, and others are sensitive to it.

So far, so good. Really enjoy the taste, almost like a gummy bear. 4 gummies is a serving and it’s pretty easy to get them in.
