I found them comfortable when just walking the dog
Tried wearing them whilst running a 10k race but I found my feet were getting too hot, causing my calf's to cramp up. Once removed there was no issue. I purchased them to help support when running. I found them comfortable when just walking the dog, which was not the reason for purchase.
