This Santacare manicure set is a decent travel-sized kit - just the sort Santa would carry on his sleigh to deal with broken nails from climbing chimneys.It can be hard from the photos in the listing to get a good impression of the scale. These are pretty standard nail clipper size. I felt that the picture demonstrating use of the various tools appropriately demonstrated the size of the tools. I felt that the size is a good thing - I like having a kit that stores easily and doesn't take up a lot of space, whether at home or in a bag.Just don't expect a giant-sized kit appropriate for heavy-duty nail care. The clippers are effective for my nails, which I think are pretty standard adult nails. If you've got those big thickened toenails, you'll probably want something else for that. The scissors aren't going to hold up to much, but are convenient for minor everyday scissors needs, such as clipping threads, in addition to their intended purpose.It comes in a Santa-themed outer box. I was not expecting this, and found it rather whimsical. This would, of course, make it ideal as a stocking stuffer, though maybe a bit odd the rest of the year.The black tools, and black case with red lining, will appeal to those who aren't into the more feminine appearance of many manicure sets.

This arrived in a Santa themed box the size of a deck of cards. In the listing they over size the manicure kit, but actually it’s less the size of your hand.Once you look inside, it’s a respectable set of grooming tools. Since it’s got the Santa & Christmas outer box, it would be a nice gift for less expensive gift trading pools like at work, where it’s the thought that counts.These are good enough, file & cut good when we tried them out. They aren’t very thick material but on the thinner side, so won’t work for home chores (lol).The case maybe is the best part — and would be great for carrying them on a trip or to put into a glove compartment or a desk drawer — you never seem to have nail clippers or files handy when you need them in the car or at the office.Not really impressive for the quality you get at the price. And won’t be impressive (if you want to impress) to anyone you gift them to.I’d not order them again.

I ordered this as a stocking stuffer for a family member. It's a really nice set! I like that the tools are all black, which looks upscale and unique. The carrying case is also black, sleek looking, closes securely, and has a bit of padding to it. The implements themselves are of great quality. Included: flat nail clipper, diagonal nail clipper, nail file, "peeling knife" (maybe it tears off cuticles?? idk), dead skin fork (maybe for hangnails?), nail cleaner (aka cuticle pusher), eyebrow scissors, tweezers, double pick (looks like it's for pimples), and an ear pick (that nobody should ever use! For real don't stick things in your ears). This set will last a long time. No regrets here!Note: arrives in a cardboard box that features an image of Santa.

The Santacare Manicure Set Stainless Steel Professional Manicure Pedicure Set is only $9 at time of review, but genuinely one of my favorite manicure sets that I've tested. It comes in a funky Christmas container (great for stockings, but awkward for other occasions) and then a little case very attractively lined in red. No major tools seem to be missing from the selection (and this set is unique in our household in that it has both a flat nail clipper and an angled one) but it's also our smallest set, and therefore the one I'd now be most likely to take traveling with me. It's a good price, seems high quality, and would be great for travel.

This is such a convenient pack to have with you! It can easily fit in a purse, a back pocket, a car console, backpack, you name it! It closes securely. It has a variety of tools for nail trimming, hair clipping, pimple popping, etc. just an all around great product to have!

This is a small set, would be convenient for traveling needs. Nice selection of tools here to help with grooming. My only complaint is that the nail clippers are kind of flimsy. I couldn't imagine them cutting an adult males fingernails or toenails because they struggled to cut mine and I still have fairly thin fingernails. For the money you could probably find a more stable set.

This a great set for manicure and pedicure with many different styles of tools to take care of the grooming needs. It has 10 different tools like nail clippers, scissors, and even ear wax removers. It makes a great gift set, but it has a Christmas/Santa imagery which makes it only a gift for the christmas season.

This product seems to be made as a stocking stuffer, but it would not make a good gift because the case does not close. It is a hard case and would be nice except that it doesn't fit over the two nail clippers provided in the set. Also, it is a very mini set, not standard size manicure tools. Other than the two clippers, all the rest of the set is extremely thin metal in very mini sizes, difficult to maneuver. It seems really cheap.
