Not very robust
Good product in the past but new versions seem a bit fragile now and that havnt lasted more than three months seems to be the same problem with all if them which is the connector inside the unit where the charging lead plugs in becomes detached from the unit and as you carnt get the unit apart you have no other choice but to buy another but perhaps this is what the manufacturer intended, personal I wont be buying another

Good product. Instructions easy to follow. Delivery times not so good though. 8pm-10pm?? Not so good when young kids in bed and the door goes!!!

They just don't last, bought 3 in 4 months due to repeated breaking
Charging port is not very secure (all 3 purchased had charging port issues, one within days of receiving it, the other two within 2-4 weeks), thread is particularly prone to damage (2 had this issue). Battery/wiring stopped working i.e., no power at all/useless (2 had this issue within 3 months of purchase). Would be a great product if they were made to be more durable.
