Exterior of the book is beautiful, the color is holographic and will shift and change colors as you move it in light. The book is a Hardcover making it very strong, sturdy and durable. The pages are made from a very thick cardstock. Each page offers a new set challenges. Keeping things fresh and new makes for better adventures! In the start of the book there is a qr code you can scan with a smart phone to add the app onto your phone or device, and is a really helpful tool for parents, teachers, caregivers, teachers whoever it might be. I reallyed liked how it would give me a itemized supply list that goes with each challenge. Also the fact there is a small area next to each of the challenge scratch box and this is designed for you to add a picture to remember the challenge as well. I feel like that is a an awesome idea. With each challenge that's attempted and completed you can document it along the way with pictures. With all of the technology we have in our daily lives these days, I cant remember the last time I had a paper picture printed. I have had picture files and digital pictures galore. But its been years since I have had a picture printed on paper. I know we can look back on this book and see all of the fun memories, and bring back happy memories, the memories you can build together and the memories that will last a lifetime. I cherish the times I am able to connect with my daughter as she grows everyday, because I know one of these days she will be too grown to hang out with your mom. I remember when I was her age. You go from playing with barbie and bike rides to boys and girlfriends and not long after it's onto driving and college. My baby is 10 and she is close to the age of change. So I got this book so I could build lasting memories she and I will hold dear in our hearts forever. The story's she will one day share with her children just as I did with her.

The book itself is made well. The cover is shiny and nice. I truly enjoyed that it provided me with a detailed supply list for every task. Additionally, each challenge scratch box has a small space next to it where you may put an image to help you remember the task. That seems like a really great idea. You can take images along the route to record each task that is attempted and finished. This is great for creating memories.

We have a different edition of this book (for grownups only), so it was fun to also have a kid’s version! I am not going to spoil any of the surprises, but the first activity my daughter picked was very fun. It did use up some disposable materials, but it was creative and enjoyable! I have added pics for reference to see the activity icons. I only found one activity that’s the highest dollar sign, but we haven’t scratched that off yet. There are 30 activities and plenty of places to write fun memories or add pictures of what you did as well.

I love the concept of these books and in a time where kids too often spend their days looking at a screen, I think this is an awesome gift for kids! The book itself is well made and the design is really fun! The only downside is that the cost to some of the challenges could really add up so if the parents aren't on board, the child may not be able to complete all the challenges.

I got this for my two sons to enjoy together. There is so much technology these days, that having this book filled with surprise ideas is just what we need! This pairs perfectly with one of those instant print cameras to capture the moment and put it in the space provided. I like the little hints as to what the surprise is so you can plan accordingly. Pretty overall look but not feminine, very gender neutral. I highly suggest this for any family looking for fun activities and togetherness.

We bought this for our little boy who just loves to go out and adventure. We love doing all sorts of activities and this makes the deciding part just perfect. The book is sturdy so it will withstand being around for some time. The appearance is shiny and silver so it sells itself as a super fun gift for any kiddo or family looking for some activities.

I haven't heard these kids say they are bored in a while. What a great idea this book is. It really helps take the decision-making out of the equation, which is amazing for us as an indecisive family. We can just scratch one of these off and the kids are off to do whatever it says. Plus, it gets their imagination going as they come up with alternative versions of what it says. For example, they may add a twist or two and next thing you know, one activity turns into 3 different ones. Lots and lots of fun. Great book!

We've only had a chance to try 3 activities so far, but they were really fun and unique. I won't give anything away, but the kids are loving it. The book has a very "premium" feel to it. The paper is very thick and seems very well put together. Each activity page has a nice layout to it, including some of the requirements for the activity such as cost, time, etc., as well as having a place to write about the activity or attach a picture for saving memories. At about $1 per page/activity, I think this is a great gift for families with young children that will encourage them to spend time together.
