I have to say that I was bit skeptical at first like I am with most products. But this product surprised me, I truly feel and saw in my results that it really works. I just feel so much better while taking the supplement. I told some friends about the product and I plan on to being a consistent customer in the future.

It does nothing , you feel nothing , Amazon should start requiring manufacturers to prove effectiveness of their products. We end up as lab rats that willfully volunteer for experimentation.

The ecdysterone in this product is derived from Cyanotis vaga extract. Recent research suggests ecdysterone extracted from spinach does have some muscle mass building qualities (thank you Popeye!). The research did not address ecdysterone extracted from Cyanotis vaga. I have found older research that says Cyanotis vaga has a higher concentration of ecdysterone (relatively speaking). It all gets a little murky but does anybody know if this product is as effective as spinach extracted products

Arrived fast, quality European product, not dubiously labeled Chinese product. Will update when I have been taking it longer for obvious results.Update after first 4 weeks. Have gained about 2lbs of lean mass with 3day/Wk Resistance training and body fat% reduced to 10.2% from 12.5% while in a calorie surplus/bulk. I would say it works well, not miraculous but helps with muscle gains. Safe and with zero side effects.

I had no I'll effects from taking this. I cannot verify if it's real. I anecdotally had a slight increase in strength and endurance but it might have been placebo effect.

Idk if it was coincidence but I seemed to have made some solid gains while taking this supplement. I ran out for a while and wasn’t taking anything and I felt like I plateaued and now I’m taking the ecdysterone again, so I’m excited to see if my personal bests jump up in lbs again.

I was misled by the 1000 mg written on the front of the bottle making me believe each capsule is 1000 mg when it's 250 mg per capsule. That's a smart marketing trick.Honestly, for the price, there are much cheaper beta ecdysterone products on Amazon with similar or better efficacy.

It's a great product, I am 70years old who works out 3 times a week and I had noticed a big improvement on my strength and muscle mass. I will buy it again.
