The bike is not brand new
This is a replacement bike I've been sent the write fittings are not there the screws are bent half the bike is built and scratches all over it there is no instructions to even put it up

Not recommended
The bike arrived with defects, making it unusable! I contacted the seller who did not solve my problem! I do not recommend it. I lost my money and my son cannot even use the bike in these conditions!

Mixed feelings about this product
The bike is of good quality but it took me a lot time to assemble it. Some parts were bent and I had to straighten them with some tools (which luckily I had) otherwise I could not assembled the bike. I would say that if you are a DYI lover... then you can buy this bike (and be prepared to make some creative adjustments when putting it together), otherwise don't buy this bike.

No instructions to help build this bike, even after sending a request for instructions
this bike has no instructions of how to build it, I was going to return it and buy a bike that was already built, however due to the fact its the main Christmas present for my 4 year old grandson and so near Christmas I have paid extra money out to have someone to build the bike, I did request instructions to be sent to me but they didn't arrive.

Terrible
The bike looked like it was going to do the job but it came missing parts and battered, there was no care for the bike and it's delivery even though it's obviously a Christmas present. Order if you want to be disappointed.

Avoid them like a plague.Absolute rip off-Both pedals fell off the bike in one month and the quality is rubbish!I am disappointed as they take the mickey.PLEASE DO NOT BUY!!!

Not the best bike on the block
Not really best made bike to ge honest, no instructions and the pedals are not the easiest to pedal. Wouldn't recommend.
