Creekstone Farms USDA Prime Whole Brisket (14-16 lbs.)

Got my order today on time as scheduled amazon prime is amazing, however Creek Side Farms not so good if you know brisket this will make sense the flat was 1.5" thick on one side and four inches on the other which will lead to uneven cooking . HOWEVER THE WORST PART IS THE FREEZER BURN ON APPOX 10% of the cap. Lititure says the brisket is fresh never frozen well in have a 16 pound frozen brisket that says otherwise. Spent 3 months talking the wife into a prime brisket for christmas dinner for 30 people doubt that will happen again

We had this at our Christmas party and it was awesome! It was a 15 lb. brisket and everyone got to take a little home. We ate all of it! Delicioso!

I ordered because it was supposed to be fresh. There was a lot of oxidation I had to cut off, also, the largest fat cap I've ever seen on a packer brisket. I literally lost half the brisket between bad meat and fat. Not happy with it at all.

It was fantastic! I will certainly buy more
