Drink on the weekends!
First time buyer and user.. followed instructions and mixed a tsp of honey inside. I have been experiencing minor stomach pain but, definitely sends you to the bathroom least 3-4x in one day! Drink lots of water and I hope to shed some lbs.

Stay close to the bathroom!
This will definitely clean you out so please please please make sure you stay close to the bathroom otherwise you will be sorry . You will definitely lose weight (2-10 lbs) taking this product .You may or may not experience the stomach cramps . I highly recommend this for a very quick weight loss it is a good product but once again do not take this product and leave home otherwise YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Good product
I haven’t used consistently but for the days I have used it the tea didn’t gripe my stomach. Steamed the team for about 10 minutes added a little honey or drinkers it without.
