Wonderfully put together book/journal, which will prove valuable to everyone with ADHD
This book/journal is extremely well made. Not only does it have a variety of different customizable check lists, but it also goes into detail to really help the reader understand the why behind those checklists and how to precisely use them to get the most benefit. The book is listed primarily for use in teens and school but I would argue that it's invaluable for anyone with ADHD, to help function on a higher level. I am very pleased with it.

A Useful Tool Even Adults Can Use
I checked out this book for a possible gift and I was about to write that I wish I had had this book when I was a teen. But heck while I have mostly managed to overcome, those ADHD issues still frequently come up. So I started using some of the strategies myself, substituting my business goals for school and educational ones. It’s helping. So I can’t recommend its usefulness more than that. Highly recommended.

Wish I would have had this when I was a Teen
I'm an adult with ADHD. I like the distractions list and how each time you flip the page its a different angle/activity. Love the coloring of the quotes. Its a fun way to remember the words. I wish I would have had a guide like this when I was younger. It would have been really helpful! Well done.
