God's gift to neck pain!

Vibrates, get some heat and electrical stimulation but does nothing to help nerve tingling or sharp pains in my hands. Good neck vibration but that is about all.

This has been amazing and helping with my pinched nerve in my neck. Use daily sometimes multiple times a day. Travel with it. Provides a great neck stretch to help decompress neck.

Remote didn’t work but so far the neck massager is still working. It has definitely helped me and I was hesitant after reading reviews. Just try it.

Heating Wave Vibration Electric Dr. Meeti Cervical Pillow I received yesterday.It is a fraud. The device came used, without the plastic wrap, with fingerprint stains. The remote control controls nothing; it is there, dead. After 5 hours of charging the machine, I tried to use it. It only vibrates. Any other functions are nonresponsive. I would try to return it now. It is not relaxing. Design doesn't fit the neck, it vibrates somewhere on the back of your head. It is impossible to push it to the neck and keep it there. Something is very wrong with this device.

Great quality, comfortable to use. Helps with my severe neck pain. Love the remote.

Returned. Didn’t give me any relief.

No words to describe it. - it came without a way to charge it and it didn’t work. replacement doesn’t work either. Do not purchase. I wrote them twice no reply. They billed for the replacement save your money. This is a horrible, horrible experience. End of story
