What a great recipe book!It’s nice to have different healthy dressing recipes!

A fantastic little book to make salads taste good with dressing and oils. There is even a section on dressings for fruit salads. Easy to follow recipes using basic and otherwise unusual and interesting ingredients.

I’m an aging consumer so I prefer book to looking at a screen. These are simple recipes. Have most of the stuff in my house already. Loving the variety. Recommend

This is a very simple book about salad dressings. I've tried the Honey Salad Dressing, page 42. Simple to make and just delicious. I used assorted greens, and topped it with blueberries, strawberries, and mandarin oranges. I also tried the Strawberry Dressing, page 9, and I mixed it with yogurt for smoothies. I would highly recommend this book. All the recipes sound delicious.
