The bag is good and my daughter was captivated by the attractive design right away. It's a good size and fits well on 6 year old with room to grow with her. However the product I received did not appear to be new and had a large stain on the back of it. Very disappointed by that as I ordered product to be delivered as: new!For this reason I don't know of I will purchase from this seller again.

Good, waterproof bag. Very hard wearing too!! Used by my 6 yo, it has been thrown about and not even a scratch. Would highly recommend

The bag looks good and seemed suitable, but on second day of use, the rubber zip tag detached making it unusable. Had to buy new metal zip tag. I also think the bag would be better if it had 2 zips that met in the middle - much easier to use.

Bag was very nice but its was tiny I had to return it . Turns out its a laptop bag not a school bag

Stained, this is 2nd bag in 5daus as 1st had stains on it. 2nd arrived with stains aswel. Will be returning both.

The backpack straps have torn away at the joint at the tip of the bag and it is now unusable. The carry handle at the top has also torn off. I would like a replacement or refund immediately please .

Just recieved this item and it has marks on it as you can see from the pictures which im not happy with

My daughter loves this new school bag for going into Junior School with!!! It’s looks like a good quality bag! Let’s see if it lasts a Term! 👍🏻
