I have used body scrubs for years and this one is one of the best.I was thrilled when this came up on offer. I have experienced the mysterious healing powers of the Dead Sea, for myself. This scrub takes me back there.I found myself wondering if it is really from the Dead Sea, as described. In the end, it really didn't matter because I had an intoxicating and luxurious experience. I will say that, according to the result, it is certainly possible that it is. I did bring some home with me and it appears to be a perfect match. Thanks for this, because I have used my straight from the source salt very sparingly.The Rose Scent is very pleasant and not at all overpowering. I scooped a little out, after a good long soak in the tub. I massaged it in and let it sit for a bit, as I did a steam eye mask. The scent seemed to intensify a bit as I randomly used an exfoliating glove to massage it into my skin. I felt like I was in a Spa and it was easy to let my mind drift.I rinsed with cold water. My skin looked so hydrated, even before the application of a favorite oil and cream. I could say I felt all glowing and soft. I was so relaxed!The scent lingered each time that I passed that room; another pleasant surprise.Okay. I am impressed. It appears that everything is all natural and I liked that I could see bits floating about in there. The packaging is very elegant but not overdone. The only thing that I would change, if I could is to make it available in a five gallon bucket, because I don't think I will ever tire of using this product.

Brown Sugar and Coffee:The tub is a little difficult to get into... you will need a knife or scissors to get past the seals. I really like the scent directly from the jar and how it made the shower smell when I used it. Sadly that smell didn't stick with me for longer than the rinse off. I wouldn't say it was energizing but if you enjoy the smell of coffee this was a nice boost while showering.After using it a few times my skin was nice but not nicer than any other sugar scrub could do. The consistency is nice and thick making it easy to grab from the tub and then smear over your desired body parts. It didn't leave any weird residue on my skin or over dry it out like some other scrubs have to me in the past.For what you get the list price is a bit high. If you can get it on sale then it is more reasonable but still kinda pricy.

This review is for Fruit Acid Body & Foot Scrub - Refreshing Exfoliating Body Scrub by Soulspa Pure. I was interested in trying this because the first ingredient listed is maris sal, which is dead sea salt and has essential minerals and is excellent for exfoliating. I have flaky dry skin and dry bumps behind my knees and using an exfoliating salt helps. I’m very pleased with it. The scent is so light that I can barely smell it. It has a LOT of the exfoliating salt, which I appreciate. Other scrubs have more gel than grains. It smoothed on well and even lathered up a bit. It doesn’t seem to take as much as I’m used to using, so I’m fine with the smaller container – it will last me about the same amount of time as a larger container with less scrubbing power. I like this and will likely reorder when I use it up. Also, I see that the seller has a nice variety of skin products available from their Amazon store. I may have to check out some other items as well!

Right off the bat this scrub smelled heavenly opening it. The rose scent fills the bathroom when you use it. It contains rose, almond and jojoba oil which really moisturizes the area applied. I only use this on my feet because it feels heavy every where else. Although it is labeled as body scrub, I would not recommend applying it to your entire body. It might be better suited for very dry skin with all the oils. It advertises as hydrating but it left my skin feeling like there was a layer of moisturizer like a lotion, rather than the skin feeling hydrated (I hope that makes sense). The sea salt itself feels great when exfoliating though. I love the large granules and they don't "melt" like sugar scrubs do. After the shower and drying off the rose scent lingers on the skin and smells great. I also love that is is cruelty free and made in the US. The photos are also a little misleading, the product looks advertised to be pink but it's actually white.
