Weaver Leather Round Braided Latigo Roper Rein, Brown, 3/8" x 8'

Beautiful and well made. The only complaint I have and it's minor is the rawhide piece. I like many other reviewers found it useless and ended up cutting it off carefully as to not damage these beautiful reins.

I purchased these reins for a thoroughbred I am leasing. They are much too short. Very disappointed as they are very good quality, and just right for my hands. They come just barely to the pommel, which is fine for some riders, but not comfortable for me.

Weaver makes great horse tack. This is no exception. Nicely finished with a good weight in the hand. I did take the sliding knot off

great material. seems sturdy made. feel good in your hands. long enough (when you take the white tie out) to drape over saddle horn.

Arrived quickly. Really nice reins. My grandson does team roping and he loves them.

.They are to short and I wanted to return them having confidenc in Amazon, I didn't take them out of the box until I was ready to change bits, they turned out to be to short and very difficult to adjust.My issue is not with the quality of the reins my issue is that they are brand new and too short for my horses neck, she does have a long neck so be sure to check them ASAP after arrival, Weaver is one of the best out there, but Amazon is my issue in this case.

These reins are made from good quality leather and quality hardware, are supple and comfortable to use for hours of pleasurable riding.

Darned pricey for such a short rein - should be a foot longer. And getting that white plastic stopper thing off was a major project. Please offer a longer rein with no stopper thing on it. I would have paid a couple of dollars more for longer rein, same for rein with no stopper.
